Exciting news!

Helping the children and young people we work with cope with the impacts of crime, is important to us.

We want them to feel supported and informed.

Alongside the work we already do with individuals, schools and the wider community, as a team, one of the ways we thought we could do this was to start a blog.

So, we’re excited to announce our You Got This Glos (YGTG) blog launch!

What is a blog?

Because blogs are as popular as social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, you probably visit them without even noticing.

But just in case you’re unfamiliar with what a blog is, don’t worry, let us quickly explain…

… a blog is a webpage on a website, that’s regularly updated with information or news.

There you have it. Simple!

You Got This Glos Blog

The You Got This Glos blog will be a regular feature on our website.

Our plan is to provide you with hints, tips, resources and information that we think could help you deal with the impacts of crime.

Each blog post will cover a relevant topic related to the types of support we offer at Victim Support.

These include: practical support, emotional support, advocacy support, and information.

Comment and share on the blog

One of the exciting things about a blog is that you’ll be able to comment and share.

At the bottom of each blog there’ll be a comments section where you can share your thoughts and ideas.

There’ll also be links which can be used to share the blog with people on social media.

We’d encourage you to do both – especially if you find something really useful!

Thanks for taking the time to read.
